Can I adjust the screen resolution for a scene?

Hi, I thought this would be an easy fix, but I am not seeing an option anywhere in program.

 

I would like to alter the resolution and screen proportions of a character animation I am doing.  I want it to be in portrait mode vs. landscape and I want it to be at a higher resolution than the screen is showing.  Am I missing some little property settings box?  How do I make this change?

If you single click on a scene in the project panel it will show the scene frame rate and dimensions in the property panel on the right. You can edit those properties to change the dimensions of the scene. I have done 800x1280 for vertical phone dimensions for example.
