downloadable characters for character animator

I just downloaded creative cloud. I'm not sure what i am doing at all. can someone explain to me why everytime i try to download a character into character animator I get an error message? None of them work. I am always left with a failed to create scene. Heeeeeeellllp! I just want to make a cartoon of my podcast!

More seriously, could you include a screenshot of the error message, and the OS version you are using? Also maybe step by step what you are doing? i have never heard of "failed to create scene" - oh, maybe check to make sure the disk is not full?
