Error code and scene will not load

I've made some changes in PS and saved the .PSD  the changes are not reflected on Character Animator puppet and the scene will not load.  I'm getting these error codes.

The error came up before the updates to PS and AE.  I've since updated and done a restart.  It hasn't helped.

I spend an hour trying to figure this out and discover my error 5 min after posting my question.

Auto sync art work check box somehow got switched off.

Glad it worked out - if you feel like auto sync is getting switched off without your knowledge in the future please let us know, that seems like a bug.
