Faces not working - only neutral, smile, surprise. Nothing else will function

Question

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong - everything is set up supposedly correctly yet none of my additional mouth movements (ah, d, ee, f, l, m, oh, r, s, uh, w-oo) will sync with my facial movements when I try to record through calibrating with my webcam. They are all set up in the AI file and set up in the Character Animator file, and I linked them.
The only ones that will work are the default neutral, smil, and surprise.

Any tips?? Thanks!

Did you make sure all the viseme layers are named and tagged correctly? And that the lip sync behavior is armed for recording? Also, I see you've written "will sync with my facial movements" - lip sync in Ch works with audio, not visual. Try talking into your webcam or using an audio file and see if it works then.
