Horizontal rotation to create a profile

In one of the recent videos, there was a way to create a left profile from a right profile but essentially doing a horizontal rotation. This seems like a very easy way to create the profile. But I can't find the video, and can't figure out how to do it.  Was I dreaming or can this be done?

Also are there any videos on the workspace, having a very difficult time maneuvering between panels and getting back to ones I want.

Thanks

John

Regarding Docking, I just found this: Workspaces, panels, and viewers in After Effects - it works for Character Animator too. It matters where you grab on the panel - I just managed to redock a panel by grabbing top left corner for example (Finally)

You could try “Scale X” of -100% as a Transform behavior? Not sure what it will do to all the rigging etc.

I don’t understand how to reliably control the positioning of panels either, but make it appear again try the Window menu and click the checkbox against the panel you want.

But I undocked a panel once and it was only luck that I managed to get it to dock back in again.
