Issues for creating a scene with a blank character downloaded from Adobe Character Animator

I've downloaded a blank character puppet from the Adobe Character Animator Example Puppet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0qYSvxyCQ8&feature=emb_rel_pause. This is the video posted by Dave Werner where I was learning from his video. I tried to do the same steps as he did, but I have been facing some issues about not being able to create a scene because the past end of the file is not read. How can I solve this issue?

Hi Nivrutti. Which of the puppets/links were to trying to download. I will give it a try as see if itr works for me. I have assumed you have done the usual: Restart/Cold restart of your computer. Tried to download multiple times. Be well.
