Limb IK for Four Legged Character Issue

So I have been trying to implement Limb IK for a Four Legged character. Followed the usual tutorials from Okay Samurai. The issue is that IK only recognizes one pair of legs and roots to ground only on that pair. The other pair just floats but it works on with a walk cycle. What Can I do to make the Character animator recognize both

Thanks for sharing your puppet.
1) I removed the "Limbs IK" behavior from the top  layer.
2) I added the "Limbs IK" behavior to Frontal→Limbs→ ForeLegs& HindeLegs individually.

Is this the movement you wanted?

Thank you that seemed to fix it with a little tweak. Initially, it doesn't recognize both of them but if I tag each heel with a "draggable handle" and move them before I move the body tag all the feet will stay in place locked to the ground.

Thank you, I already made leg move with the four-legged walk cycle. Just when I add a dragger to the character and I try to move the character down to the ground level the back legs don't stay on the ground.

Thanks for the reply.
Is it possible for you to post a screenshot showing the structure of the rig?

If you don't mind, can you share a puppet you made?
If I see it in detail, I might be able to find the cause of the problem.

I translated the Japanese into English using translation software.

It works well with the "walk" behavior on the individual legs.
It may be difficult for beginners.
