Lip Sync is fine. But after exporting, it is out of sync

I have a project that has numerous lip sync sections. However, one section, after exporting is out of sync. It's a few frames off. I made sure the audio and animation starts on the same frame. It works fine in the preview. I've recreated the lip sync keyframes. Nothing works. Any ideas?

TIA

What are your export settings? Are you by any chance exporting your audio and a PNG sequence? You'll have to provide a lot more detail to help troubleshoot this, but it's possible there's a frame rate mismatch. Make sure your exported file has the same frame rate as your timeline.

Yes, as a png sequence. Is that correct? or should it be jpeg? I don't see an option to change the frame rate in Publish Settings, but in Media Encoder it's the same as Animate.

PNG is fine. Image sequences don't have frame rates (because they're not video) so you need to assign one when you interpret the sequence as footage. Depending on whether you're in Premiere or After Effects, you can right-click on the clip to modify and Interpret Footage. My guess is that your Character Animator sequence is 24 fps and the clip is being interpreted as 30 fps. Change this setting on the clip and drag it into your timeline. You'll also likely see that your clip is currently a little shorter than your exported audio. When you drag the updated clip into the timeline they should match in length.
