Nut cracker jaw not engaging

Hi Folks, This one has me stumped. I have compared the rigging and behaviours to my other puppets that work, and I can not discern what is different. Here are my screenshots for rigging and behaviors. I give up. Help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link. However, my access is restricted.
Is it possible to set it up so that only the puppet files can be downloaded by anyone, as others have done?

Aha, I found the problem. I looked in the time line and while there were visemes, there was no treack for the Nutcracker jaw. My guess is that I built the original visemes and then made changes to the puppet including the Nutcracker jaw. So the time line knew nothing of the changes I made in the rigging. Lesson learned.

I deleted all but the audio track and built new visemes and it is now working.
