Puppet with multiple facial and body profiles with movement and rigging issues

Hi everybody! I’m new to character animator and have been working on creating a puppet with 5 facial profiles (LP, LQ, Frontal, RQ, RP) and 3 body profiles (LP, Frontal, RP) in illustrator. When I had my character rigged with less behaviors, things were working well, but as I’ve added a couple of new behaviors (walk, motion library & breathe) along with the LP & RP body profiles, some things aren’t working anymore and I’ve noticed a couple of other quirks with the character. Any help or suggestions to fix these issues or improve the character are much appreciated, thanks!
Issues:
- Head is flying off of the body
- When head turns, shoulders and arms are moving
- Having Issues with walking behavior
- Having issues with motion library
- Eyebrows are barely moving at all only on Left Profile. I have full expression in all of the other 4 facial profiles.
- A couple of “rigging issues” present on the puppet that I can’t get to the bottom of
- I’d like both arms in the frontal body view to be in front of the head, is there a better way to accomplish this than how the layering is currently set up?

Translated from Japanese to English using software.
How about using the same rig structure as the sample puppet Maddie?

Make the head and body into the same profile.
