Swap Set Trigger not working for Sad Mouth

Hello,

I'm following several tutorials and have been stuck now for hours on something that takes you 5 seconds in the videos. My trigger will not bring up my sad mouth. The swap set is set up correctly, but when I press the trigger # nothing appears. The mouth is blank.

I've attached my puppet. What am I missing?
