The problem of a Puppet's mouth not moving

Hello
It's a rigging problem for the Puppet.
I'm hoping 'Mouth' will move after triggering it.
But the problem is that 'Mouth' is not moving.
I'm attaching the screen I'm working on, so please refer to it.
Please help me to solve this problem

Open up the properties panel. Look for tags and make sure that each mouth layer is tagged as a mouth object. (see below).
