Accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications impossible

Bonjour, 

J'ai souscrit à la suite creatic cloud il ya quelques jours pour ma fille qui est étudiante. Je n'arrive pas a accéder à l'ensemble des applications proposées. 

Le message ' vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications apparait. Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut être requise'

J'ai pu constater que cette requette a déjà été formulée à plusieurs  reprises par d'autres personnes. J'ai tenté d'appliquer les recommandations sans succès. 

Il s'agit d'un Imac fonctionnant sut Macos Sequoia 15.01

Is it a Student account administered by her school?

Yes I did ... I've been on my adobe account but I can't find the way to find the administrator ...

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
