Pantone Connect Plugin

I am unable to download Pantone Connect plugin from Creative Cloud app

 

I keep getting the -2 error code, which says that it is either a permissions issue or I dont have enough space on my machine, both of which can't be true see as how I am an admin on my machine and it is brand new.

 

I am at a loss

i saw that.  

 

you can also reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
