Hi, yesterday my creative cloud opened with an issue. It's Error 146. I can't download anything in creative cloud because that error, I can't see the log because it's directly creative cloud app's error. I tried to delete c:/adobetemp and used creativecloudcleaner and deleted everything but still this error pops up.
That's a log came from Illustrator app. Do you have recommendations to what to do?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails:
delete c:\adobeTemp
restart your computer

I get contact with Adobe Customer Support. Firstly we closed all the adobe tasks from task manager, we deleted creative cloud with cccleaner and after that we created an Administator user from Windows and from that account we renamed all the Adobe files with manually (you need to rename (we didn't tried it but I think you can also delete it?) ALL USERS'S ADOBE FILES like c:/users/user1/ c:/users/user2 c:/users/administrator c:/users/common also %AppData% files, all of them) (we renamed Adobe.old all the files) and restarted computer. It fixed, for who those have the same problem.

thanks for the update, but renaming (or deleting) the problematic folder is the usual solution for most users.
