Adobe Account Hacked

Over the past weekend, my old account "ajdavella@hotmail.com" has been hacked by an unknown user. They used my credit card to purchase a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription. This was an unauthorized transaction. 
I am reporting this concern because of the following:
 
- This account I reported is my old account, however, it has been compromised by a hacker that also got into my Adobe account "ajdavella@hotmail.com"
 
- The hacker changed my email to this one: "letrunghoang047@gmail.com"
 
- The hacker may have deactivated my old account so that I can't log into my own account
 
- The hacker purchased a Creative Cloud subscription under my own Adobe account before my account got deactivated and my email changed. He or she used my credit card and it claimed to be an unauthorized transaction by calling up my credit card company. 
 
I need some help connecting with Adobe Support ASAP!

    contact your credit card company.

    I already did! They are sending me a new credit card + submitted a claim for the unauthorized transaction.

    then you did the most important thing. you could also notify adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
