When I tried to start CoreSync.exe manually, a window appeared: The MSVCP110.dll is missing, please try to reinstall the software.

This is not true, because the file is in C:\Windows\System32 directory (and many other locations...)

Could you please let me know what can I do?

(I have not reinstalled the Creative Cloud yet...)

Kindest Regards,

Gergely

Hi, I have messaged to you the log information, and also emailed to per your request.

Could you get back to me once you have chance to look into it?  Thanks!

It means that the DLL is not the right version and/ or never was registered correctly. Download the relevant package from Microsoft and install it manually.

Dear Mylenium,

Firstly, thank you very much for your answer!

I found this is the relevant package :

Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4

... but to be honest, this has not been solved the issue.

I have several Visual C++ packages installed on my computer due Prepar3D simulator, and this is the only application which have problem with MSVCP110.dll.

Is this CoreSync is crucial to run? Can I disable it somehow?

Kindest Regards,

Gergely

Hi,

CoreSync is a critical component of Creative Cloud, without it you wont be able to sync any files etc. Are you still seeing CoreSync crash? If so could you capture a crash dump for me?.

Thanks
