Have been signed out of iCloud on new MacBook pro using Monterey

Unable to sign in on a new macbook pro and can't use photoshop , Lightroom etc . All I get is a flash on the screen and then the pop up screen to say you have been signed out. Will not let me sign in !! . I have 2 imacs and an older macbook pro that are ok just this new one running Monterey .
