I have a Libraries Sync Error

Hello

Please can someone help, I get the following message when I try to sync my CC libraries. I can't save images from adobe stock to my library and then use them in InDesign for example and they dont dowload properly and are only very small and fuzzy images.

Would be glad of some help.
