Problem with my cloud document

I have a problem with my cloud documents.

I notice that a file (worked on in Fresco from my Ipad) appears synchronized in Fresco but does not appear in any other application.
I can't find it in Photoshop documents or even in Fresco documents on my computer or in documents on my creative cloud.

Yet it's clearly marked as synchonized (see image). Do you know what could be the problem? And how to solve it? Thank you very much.

open your desktop photoshop

go to the home screen

your cloud documents should be there.  if they are not, restart your computer and retry.  if that fails, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

I notice that my adobe photoshop desktop application and Fresco on the desktop are synchronized and work... but my fresco application on my ipad doesn't seem to support synchronization...

What I create on my ipad in Fresco doesn't show up in cloud documents.
