The email my colleague shared his library is the same for my personal profile and the professional one, but when I choose the professional profile, the library does not appear for me! Can anyone help me?
Thank you for contacting us. I looked at your Adobe account information and discovered that both your personal and business accounts use the same email address. Please log in to the email and choose the personal account to see if it works.

Ignore my last message! I did the steps from the link you gave me, copied the library address, logged off and clicked "add to your libraries". I pasted the link there, logged into the target profile and it worked! Thank you!
