Stop Syncing Twice or ReSync (if folder location already has files - exist locally)

This should probably be a feature request but I got my folder location in D drive and it already has all the files yet there are times were things go wrong (crashes or whatever) and resetting things basically changes it back to C drive then when I change it back, it downloads EVERYTHING again to a newely created folder with the same name Creative Cloud Files and renames the older one to Creative Cloud Files (1)..

Please FIX this and save me the re-download of over 100GB of files
