Taxa no cancelamento porém estou cancenlando dentro do prazo de 14 dias

Estou tentando cancelar minha assinatura da adobe dentro do prazo de 14 dias porém ao tentar cancelar a a taxa dos 50% aparece impossibilitando o cancelamento dentro do prazo, tentei falar com o chat mas está indisponível, vou tentar resolver por aqui, se não conseguir vou tentar pelo PROCON
