Transfer files from student account to personal

I'm trying to transfer my student files to my personal account. I'm pretty sure the school license has ended as I can't access any of the apps anymore like Photoshop. I can still access the creative cloud only on my phone where I'd been logged in. Is there still hope to transfer the files? I've tried the website that lets you login to both email accounts and it says it'll email when the transfer is complete but I never received a transfer. I fear there's nothing to transfer because it was deleted. Is there anyway to do this transfer? Do the files still exist?

@skylar_7594 bsides what @John T Smith and @kglad hav mentioned, I would also add a secondary email or change the email if you still access to this account. I belived that's what I did as well when I was transferiing my stuff
