Hello everyone,I have a question about Adobe Creative Cloud.I noticed that the Creative Cloud Home page on both my desktop PC and my laptop has changed. The layout looks different from what I used to see, and it seems to have been updated recently.The Home page version shown is 1.3.107.Is this the new Creative Cloud Home interface that Adobe is rolling out to everyone, or could there be something wrong with my installation? Good morning!I am currently dealing with some creative cloud issues, originally the libraries weren't able to sync at all, which I ended up refreshing adobe creative cloud, uninstalled creative cloud and reinstalled it and it still did the same thing. Afterwards I allowed SSL protocols for creative cloud to it can sync via firewall, afterwards it shows in the being added and synced but once it shows in the libraries those folders don’t appear at all/ It is not affected in the browser version of creative cloud. Were there need to be any other policies for firewall rules that need to be allowed to allow creative cloud to showed the sync folders in the app. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you!
Hello Everyone, I’ve been using Behance for a while and all my projects were previously published and visible to the public.However, now all of them suddenly show the message:“Only accessible to you. Not discoverable on Behance”I can no longer change their visibility to “Public” — the option is disabled.Additionally, no one can see my Behance profile. It seems to be locked.I have no idea why this happened. In troubleshooting a Cloud Activity warning:"Libraries not currently syncingOpen the libraries panel to sync assets to Adobecloud storage." Where is this mysterious Libraries panel? (note that after I followed this path down a rabbit trail that I still don't know where the panel is still see the syncing error message).I felt confident when my search on Adobe.com led to a webpages that suggested that I should download and run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg.What a foolish act. Running that app deleted the Creative Clous app.More clicking, another Adobe.com webpage had me download the CCLibrary installer. Whew.Too soon to relax. All Adobe apps disappeared from the Applications folder and Dock (except for Ps, but it's nonfunctional).I had to install LrC, Ps, and Bridge ......LrC v13.5.1 installed successfully, with catalog intact!Ps v25.12.0 installed successfullyBridge v14.1.2.300 installed successfully
Hi!I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past.The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made librar

In Adobe Portfolio, is it possible to have three images in a row, each as a different clickable link?I can't seem to add a third image to a row nor can I make the images in a photo grid a clickable link.
We need some updated features in adobe portfolio website builder. I was able to add video thumbnails by creating gifs for the thumbnail roll overs. But we need option for video header backgrounds and section breakers video backgrounds. Its a simple add on. Posting here becasue I'm tired of Adobe doing nothing about it, refusing to warn users, and making the answer a nightmare to get.We have been reciveing calls claiming to be from Adobe in regaurds to a team member activating a trial of Substance 3D - after getting tossed around from support person to support person, it seems like the answer from Adobe is "yeah, thats probably a scam" - PROBABLY? Why in the word does it take 4 different support techs to look at a phone number and say its probably a scam? So I'm posting here in the hopes I can save one person the 45m I spent trying to work with support.If you get a voicemail from (408) 675-3202, it's a scam. Check that you don't have unusal activity on your account, and then disreard it.
why is it that Adobe have completely isolated themselfs from their customers, there is no email support only a ussles chat bot. i just want help from a real person, who knew how hard that would be in this modern day and age.
I subscribed for a 7 days free trial but wasn't able to cancel it before the billing started and it resulted to me being charged of an amount (yearly subscription). Can it still be refunded because I already cancelled it within the 14 days window? (I just got charged today btw).

So I've been trying to contact customer support for the past month, but every time I try to navigate to the customer support I keep being re-directed to the same page which doesn't have any contact info! only 'common questions'. - I finally was able to find adobe custom support phone number 800-833-6687 (Monday–Friday, 24 hours a day) just to find out it is DISCONNECTED?? the only way to speak to anyone is if you troll the robot chat till it gives up trying to help you by asking idiotic questions and you finally are in a queue to chat with a human.I was able to get this number in the end: 020-7365-0735 (Monday—Friday, 9am—5pm GMT), which will connect you to someone. You're welcome. Really fed up with Adobe customer support.
For the first time since 2018, both my personal profile and my studio profile have been flagged as spam. I am absolutely shocked by this situation. Over the years I have received 34 awards on Behance, including Best of Behance, as well as recognition in Photoshop and 3D categories. Some of my projects may share structural similarities, but this is purely a publishing system I created to make it easier to present new work and it has nothing to do with spam or deceptive behavior.I was proud to be a Behance Pro member, but I am deeply disappointed that such a serious decision was made without any clear explanation or evidence. Simply labeling my account as spam and removing my work from search visibility negatively affects both my business and the promotion of my projects. I am trying to link a domain that is currently with the German provider strato.de to my Adobe Portfolio website.Portfolio wants you to put in four (4) A-records. However strato.de will only allow me to put one (1). How does that make any sense?? Screenshots can be found below that illustrate the issue.I’ve already contacted strato.de and they told me to check with Adobe on how to connect the domain. I’ve also tried to send a message to the Portfolio support but it won't submit the request unless I confirm my email. But I’ve submitted it twice at this point and have not received an email to confirm.It all seems very cursed. How do I get this to work? And how is it possible that there is such a discrepancy between services. You would assume connecting domains should be a straightforward process worldwide.But I dont understand much about webdesign and domains. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi All,I need to share a folder containing several cloud-based XD docs with an external agency. We are collaborating on a new design system, and will all need access to these shared files. I have read and followed along with these tutorials (Share a file or folder publicly, and Collaborate on Creative Cloud Libraries and folders) to no avail. Each tutorial tells me to highlight the CC folder via the web, and press the "share" button. However, on my end, my CC dashboard has no "share" or "add collaborator" button at all.The share button does appear when an individual XD file is selected, but I don't want to be sending my client a dozen individual invitations to working files. Like the tutorials promise, I would like to be able to send one folder, containing all the libraries and files we need for the project.Am I missing something here? Is this feature only available for enterprise accounts? Any advice would be helpful so I can troubleshoot the issue, or abandon the idea and save m
I uploaded a GIF to act as a clickable link to view another page on my portfolio, as I have done 3 other times previously without issue. Except this time, the GIF disappeared when I left the page and only the caption is visible. When I published the site, (Under the “COMMERCIAL” page), the gif is invisible, yet still clickable. I can start a project in any of the three programs (In, AI, PS) I can create shapes, content boxes, or insert a photo and click and drag it into place at the scale I want.However when I try to resize it after the original placement it will not resize. I can move things with the arow keys, I can select corners and click and drag to select things, I just can not move the items once I click them. Sometimes, It will also work for one or two click and drags and then stop working again.I have rename the Adobe Illustrator XX folders.I have uninstalled and reinstalled. New and older versions.I have deleted previous versions and all the folders in my system.I have tried closing all other apps and only running one of these programs at a time.This is a recent thing, within the past month on my PC. It works on my Desktop, something changed in the last month when I installed the latest update and it will not revert to the previous version.Please help,
I have noticed lately that some updates of Applications (mainly Premiere Pro actually) can take much longer to update to the latest version. It often updates to around 85% complete then just sits there.There is over 1.2TB on my CPU SSD Free. I then get a message pop up on screen that says ‘We are aware this is taking longer than normal. We are working on it’ (or similar message)After that message the rest suddenly downloads and it is OK.Question is why is this happening at all?. I have 1Gig Fibre and my Home network is fast - so where is the bottleneck?.Does Adobe monitor Application ‘time to update’ performance?.
I work remotely and share indesign files with one other user in Creative Cloud. This has worked seamlessly for a long time, unti recently. It appears they are not synching, we receive messages asking to accept remote changes from another computer. This is usually very slow in happening by which time the changes we have been working on are lost and need to start again. It hasn’t been just one file, but many. Its severely impacting out=r workflow and deadlines. Both running same version of CC and indesign. Both wi-fis are good at each location. Has something changed in the process I am unaware of? A box unchecked? Any help would be greatful. This is beyond frustrating
