ADE does not display downloaded PDF on Android

Hi.

I just bought a ITIL Foundations PDF and followed the instructions:

1. Installed ADE on Windows

2. Dowloaded ACSM file

3. Opened ADE

4. Created Adobe ID

Then I follwed instructions on how to read the same PDF on my mobile Android

5. Download the app

6. Sign in with Adobe ID

7. send the file to my mobile (both PDF and ACSM)

8. open the file with ADE on mobile. ---> NOTHING HAPPENS (tried with both PDF and ACSM file).

HOW CAN I TROUBLESHOOT?
