ADE Unable to authorized computer

Unable to authorized computer and unable to read/ open previously saved books.

Unfrotunately, I can't find any help from Adobe. 

I have traied with all the possiblitites, like uninstall and intall (version 3 & 4) but it didn't work.

Please help.
