Cant open e-book in Adobe on my new computer

It keeps saying #Error getting license# Already fulfilled by another user.

I have erased the file completely from my old computer, but I still can't open it on my new computer. Somebody who has an idea of what to do?

No, not anymore. I could in the beginning - but after trying different things people said, now I can't even open it on the old computer!
