Ebook duplicate. If I try to delete one, it always reappears when you restart ADE

That problem exists since ADE 4.5, I have updated the client to 4.5.1 but the issue still it's there.

Someone suggest to downgrade, but it's not a solution from my point of view.

Its a bug with the current Version of Digital Edition. At moment only work if used Version 3. Adobe Digital Editions downloads
