Error in review ebooks

I purchased these two books from Google and downloaded them to add them to the Digital Editions app.

The issue is that when I add these books to the Digital Editions app, some part of the page is deleted.

Look at the screenshot, these are the books on Google Books and these are on the Digital Editions app.

Is there a solution?
