getting licence error - E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS 12.

I was told to deauthoize my device but it will not let me. My mistake was that I did not remember that I had an adobe ID and I created another. I think I am in the correct ID but still nothing is working. Trying to download library books.
