How can I get help for ADE downloads from the public library. It worked for years and now I am getting error messages. I cannot find any practical help

I am getting the same problem. It says I "DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO COPY THE BOOK".

CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED-no permission to copy the book

Oh, and the actual program keeps freezing on me.
