Okay. I contacted customer support and was informed that Digital Editions

is not supported over chats. They advised me to go to the forum website.

so you can be helped, explain the exact problem you're having, not what you think is the solution.

The solution was quite simple, I went into date and time on computer and

did an internet update. It solved the problem immediately. So simple and

seemingly unrelated to the problem. I am now able to download books again.
