How can I reset all device authorisations?

Digital Editions worked fine on my old computer, but now I can't authorise my new one. How can I reset previous authorisations?

I face the same problem. My Libary App uses Adobe DRM and when I try to activate after a factory reset, I get an error about having reached my device maximum. 

Could Adobe add a function somewhere for people to see their activated devices and maintain that list?
