HTTP error on Adobe DRM Activator request

Hi!

I'm geeting the following error when trying to open an e-book:

Adobe DRM Error
System: 7
State: 4
Class: 15
Code: 2
Message: Error on request or response from server.
Please check your network connection and try again.
Scroll below or view error.log for more details.
Your Adobe software could not be activated.
Your Adobe software could not be activated. \nThe Adobe DRM Activator is not responding.

Does somebody know what's wrong and how to resolve it?

Sorry for the delay. Something has gone wrong with your second case. I've asked the team in that region to put somebody on it and get it back in process with someone who knows what they're talking about.

Well, I'm sorry to bore you, but why, being my digital editions active, I cannot open my 99$-ebook??
No firewall - cookies ok -

No or in chinese (mayo) because it is quicker to learn the chinese language then get a solution from adobe. I think I will be fluent before they sort this out!
