Open Library Downloads

G'day, I have tried to download or "borrow" a book from OPEN LIBRARY in EPUB and it downloads a file called "URLLink-4.acsm". When I try to open this file in Digital Editions (V. 4.0.2), ADE opens and I get an error message as follows "Error! Check Activation"

Can anybody help with this?
