I can't find on the Adobe site how/ where I can pay for help on getting my authorization problem discussed/ fixed? I have use the forum.

I have an Adobe account that is active.

This is my problem post but need to talk about it with a support person.

    Digital Edition is a costfree product. You can not pay for support. Help you get only form staff person over the forum and normal perons which try to help.
