Problem with eBook accounts synchronization login and changing Adobe ID

Hello, I get an error when I'm trying to change my Adobe ID to old, there is error "The Primary email address (Adobe ID) field must contain a valid value".

Another problem is I can't log in via https://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/en/JoinAccountLoginForm.jsp. There is an "Unexpected error". I cannot log in to accounts associated with PocketBook eBook Vendor and also associated with AdobeID (this account).

When I want to log in to Adobe Digital Editions to one of my accounts associated with PocketBook eBook Vendor , I get the following error:
