Please i need help, i have just subscribed, Why cant i use the app, its been loading for an hour saying "pending fulfillment"  What do i do?

Try signing out of your Adobe account, restart the computer, and sign in to your Adobe account again.

Sometimes it takes 24 hours for a new account to be activated.
