Adobe Creative Cloud CS6 Bluescreen

Hello Adobe Community,
I have a problem. I have the Adobe Creative Cloud CS6 DVD installer. But when I install the programs and then restart the PC, I get a blue screen.
I don't know why or what I'm doing wrong. Everything used to work normally but not anymore.
Maybe someone can help me.

on the problematic computer, did you enter the serial number when prompted and click activate on the current installation and then get a response confirming your installation was activated?

Yes, I have tried to install it several times but strangely it sometimes works and sometimes not.

i didn't ask if you tried to install it.  i want to know if it's been activated (and not deactivated) on the problematic computer.

not at the moment, as I had to remove it again because of the bluescreen. Could you perhaps tell me how to activate it and then I could try again. or how is the question meant?

Hallo nochmal. nun bin ich auf ein anderes Problem gestoßen. Nämlich wenn ich Die CS6 versuche zu aktivieren dann kommt folgende Meldung: (Bild nummer 1)


Wenn ich z.b. Adobe After Effects öffnen will dann kommt eine andere Meldung (Bild nummer 2)


gehe ich dann auf bestätigen dann kommt wieder die Meldung von Bild nummer 1.

Wie kann ich denn eine Verbindung herstellen?

for those messages, use offline activation:

 

disconnect the computer from the internet

Launch the product.

At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.

Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.

Write down the Request Code.

Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.

Click Offline Activation.

Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Enter your Request code and click Generate.

Write down the Response code.

Switch back to the offline computer.

Enter the Response Code and click Activate.

When you enter your serial number the program will tell you that it is activated
