We have recently had a problem come up with our Adobe Creative Cloud software in our office. After updating the software to v4.0.1.118, we have the following message come up on boot-up:

We have been able to replicate this problem on several computers running Windows 10. Most of these have the 'Anniversary Update' installed, however a couple of computers have the 'Creators Update' as well. This problem happens on all of these.

Does anybody know what could be causing this problem?

Hi,

Reinstalling as administrator resolved this problem. We were initially met with an error saying that we didn't have permission to open the application when running as admin, but disabling our 'BeyondTrust PowerBroker' software let us run the program in the end.
