adobe creative cloud needed to resolve the problem is missing or damaged

Hi,

I formatted my laptop 2days ago and since then, I'm unable to have Adobe creative cloud or any other apps from adobe but Flash player. I tried the ccleaner tool couple of times and it's doing its job.however, when I reinstall adobe creative cloud again the same problem comes again

and here after I reinstall adobe crraetive cloud

I followed this solution here and it works, because earlier ccleaner used to say "uninstalled with some errors"

Uninstallation completed with errors

but my problem is with adobe creative cloud! I can only sign in as a first step after that it starts to download then this error comes after, not to mention that I have I deleted all the files in C/ that contain 'adobe' but I still got the same problem and I tried to download the app from a direct link not through adobe creative cloud! still have the same problem

If you have not installed any CC apps, follow below steps :

End all Adobe related processes from Task Manager,

Run Adobe Cleaner tool and select Clean all option ..

Enable Hidden Files and Folders view.

Step 1)

You need to delete Adobe folders from below 5 locations or rename it to Adobe-old.

C: > ProgramData> Adobe.

C: > Program Files > Adobe.

C: > Program Files(X86) > Adobe.

C: > Program Files > Common Files > Adobe.

C: > Program Files(X86) > Common Files > Adobe.

Step 2)

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.

Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

appdata

It will open Appdata folder .

You need to delete Adobe folders from below 3 locations or rename it to Adobe-old.

Appdata> Local > Adobe.

Appdata > Locallow >Adobe.

Appdata > Roaming > Adobe.

Step 3:

Enable Hidden Admin account and loging to same ( Later you can disable and continue on regualr profile ).

Enable the (Hidden) Administrator Account on Windows 7, 8, or 10

Step 4:

Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Once the Adobe Creative Cloud is installed , install other CC apps like Photoshop, Lighroom......etc etc as per your requirement.

Disable Hidden Admin account through command prompt and login to regular account and check.

thank you for your reply.

I followed your steps but the same thing happened again! I enabled the admin account and downloaded the adobe creative cloud into it and the same screen comes up again so I re-downloaded adobe creative cloud into the normal account and the same thing happens again! some files are either damaged or missing.

however I dont have a problem with singing in! but once it's done installing the screen pops-up
