    Hi @gennarop66244422,

I'm just chiming to see if you got your issue resolved. As the experts suggested above, please feel free to reach out to our  support team to get your activated devices reset.

Let us know if you still need help.

    Thanks,

I engaged discussion with Adobe Systems Incorporated <AdobeCare.24x7@outlook.com>

After several clarification they offered a discounted price for renew my perpetual adobe

they asked me to pay via Paypal The conversation has in anycase strange approach not fpormal or with courtesy

Below what the y asked me"

"Kindly Validate the transfer you already received the payment receipt and after making the payment you will receive the Adobe Final Paid Invoice with serial number.

We do not have any other payment gateway for perpetual licenses.

on our website you can only subscribe monthly/yearly subscription."

IS thsi an ordignial and real Adobe email/team or is it a SCAM?

If you don't have access to the old computer, please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

    or X (was Twitter):

among the 3 ways, open acrobat>click help>deactivate (or sign out).

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
