So I bought my adobe creative suite 6 back in 2014, around 2019 or 2020 I started using the new version so I was paying around $ 20 per month, times are not so good now so I canceled the service and I tried to re install my old adobe creative suite 6 and I get this message saying I have an unlicensed app, I called customer service and they told me after 2019 they no longer allow to install older versions even when I paid for it, it shows in my adobe online account, is not a stolen or downloaded illegally from the internet YET Adobe does not le me use something I legally bought
I just want to use the programs that came with my adobe creative suite 6 Production Premium

Support is wrong... if your computer is compatible you may install and activate CS6 IF you bought from Adobe or an authorized sales partner so your serial number is valid

I have bought from third party reseller and now I know that Adobe will not help me.
The seller still believes that since the registration was successful in 2015, the serial number was good and he does not feel guilty. I think that in this situation, the only thing left to do is pursue claims through legal means.

A boxed version? Still sealed?
I still have my CS3 boxes with the media, and maybe also CS boxes. I keep them for nostalgic reasons as the commercial value of those is 0 (they are burned, as we upgraded, and you can't activate them any more, as the activation servers are offline).

As a side note: The warranty period (2 or 3 years) of the dealer has long expired. Adobe has not sold you anything, so it is not a party per se. You would have the best chance if you could prove fraud on the part of the dealer, but the statute of limitations has probably expired meanwhile.
I doubt that your chances are great. But I'm not a lawyer, so this is only my unqualified opinion as a European.

why is the install language in polish?
did you purchase a eastern european cs6 version. (my question is related to a possible mismatch between installer and serial number.)
ie, are you certain your installer and serial number match. as mentioned previously a western europe serial number with eastern europe installer will cause that error.

I am not sure why but I think installator working in language corresponding to computer OS (Windows 10 Home Edition with polish language).
CS6 was installed in same way few years ago without any problem. I have never used Windows in English language.
I have downloaded CS6 again from my Adobe Account and files are identical - same size for .exe and .7z - no any difference. Installation is running in Polish - I think it's not important.
All CS6 applications are in English (not Polish) on my old installation.

No, do not give your serial to anyone, except proven Adobe customer service. This also includes private messages to contact Adobe support at an outlook.com or gmail.com or similar domain name. Anyone contacting you via private message, and who is not marked as Adobe employee, is not an Adobe employee.

I'm having similar problem. Bought a legal copy of photoshop cs6 at least 10 yrs. ago. Have reinstalled various times whenever I had a computer problem over the years. Now, somehow, Photoshop has hijacked a necessary reinstall on this Win 7 machine refusing to let me use the cs6 that I OWN, wanting me to subscribe. Customer no-service sent me a link to a free Elements 13 - WHOOPDEDOO!!! What good it that to a professional artist?
This is WRONG but I don't know of an alternative. What a scuzzy company.

Do you mean serial number... as in 6 groups of 4 numbers in each group?
IF your problem is with activation of the serial number Adobe is no longer helping with CS6 activation problems, and the chat agents do not have the ability to reset/extend your activation count

The alternative is to use a Photography plan (20 Gb cloud space) for $10 a month and use the latest Photoshop. Photoshop has made some big progress in the meantime. For a professional artist (using Photoshop) this is the best option.
