Hello, I have just installed Flash CC, and when I go to launch it, the spash sreen apers and says "Loading first run files" (the last thing it says is "Building Workspace"), or somthing like that, then my screen flashes and nothing happens.  I did fing that the Flash.exe process is running, but nothing happens...

I have tried this:

http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/cc-applications-crash-immediately-launch.html

And I have reinstalled it once.  My other Adobe CC aplications work just fine, but this one :{

Can anyone help?

Just to continue on your train of thought, it dose crash when it is "Building Workspace", so dose that have anything to do wiht it??

SOLVED:

So I finaly went to customer support, and they advised me to install Flash CC in the default admin accoutn (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-windows-vista/)

But before I uninstalled it, I wanted to see if it would launch there, and it did, wich led me to the conclusion that some of the user files for Flash CC were bad, so I deleted this folder:

C:\Users\Luke\AppData\Local\Adobe\Flash CC

and now it works fine

It faults in the Adobe player engine, meaning you have an incompatible version of Flash Player or Adobe AIR already installed. Remove them and reinstall them with a clean install.

You have not provided any system information or otehr details, so how are we supposed to know? Based on your ominous description I'd say the app is simply opening on some invisible area of your desktop like a secondary laptop screen that you have not plugged in, but we realyl can't know...
