Recent versions do not provide an offline installer for individuals.
Even if it is offered, a paid subscription is required.

CS5 and CS6 supported in Windows 7, but Windows 7 no longer supported by Microsoft.
Activation for CS6 is said to end this month. (Probably the same for CS5.)

Illustrator CS6 for Windows was available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

Years ago when Adobe shut down the servers for CS2 and CS3 products they allowed registered users to download installers that did not require activation. I wondered if this was over some kind of legal issue or something. Are they not going to do that for any of the later editions? For instance I have a CS5.5 Master Collection license and I have an old, somewhat retired Dell notebook. I was thinking about putting Win 7 Ultimate back on it and installing some other vintage software. One reason for this is certain applications aren't so great at supporting files created in really old versions of their software. That issue applies more to companies other than Adobe.

Here is some more info on getting the 2023 installers:

As far as CS5 goes, activation will be your major problem.

CS6 should be able to be activated as part of your Creative Cloud license. Downloaders can be obtained here: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

In order to try and get the installers, please contact Customer Care and explain to them why you need those.

As for CS5 and CS6, there are system requirements listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/system-requirements-design-standard.html

See your CS5 question. No need to open up a million threads.

In CS5 most programs were already 64bit and you cannot activate it anymore, anyway. So whatever you are trying to do there is very likely to not work.
