Adobe Photoshop install error 403 on Apple Silicon.

I bought Macbook Pro 14 inches M1 Pro and I have a problem installing every Adobe application except Adobe creative cloud. I had tried all the fixes like turn off apps auto-update but the installation still error. I cannot install any application using Adobe Creative Cloud.

i hate how my macbook is just useless now because of this error, for once in my life i try to legally use adobe products and they are a pain to install, forum fixes don't work and neither will adobe give me an actual fix. Why do I even bother anymore

If you're previous used non-legal Adobe software it's probably disabled critical Adobe licensing and other services. You may need to wipe the machine.
