All Adobe products quit working

Adobe products worked...and then they didn't.  Photoshop suddenly appears not to be installed anymore.  There's still a Premiere icon, but Premiere doesn't open.  Possibly most problematically, Adobe Sign doesn't work.  It just has the little "loading" circle...forever.  Both on Adobe Sign and on the Creative Cloud installer.

 

This is a problem.  I pay for and use these products for work.  Coronavirus time is not a great time to suddenly not have the tools I need in order to work from home.  What's the deal?

1. Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run the latest Creative Cloud+ all other apps you intend to use.

What OS are you using? It looks like you are using Windows 7?

 

How old is your computer? You may be having hard drive problems.
