I was having the same issues, and as I was reading this forum, it all of a suddent started working fine, so I imagine the issue was global, and it should be fixed now.

should also mention, when I log into Creative Cloud online and click on "Apps" I get an error saying "We are currently having issues fetching the applications and services list. Please try again in a few minutes".

    I'm assuming these are related.

Same here. Finally decided to update my creative cloud to CS6 and I keep getting this error when I try to run Application Manager. Tried re-downloading application manager, tried logging in with a different account on my computer to see if it something running on my computer but nothing's working. Was nervous when I first started looking for troubleshooting help and couldn't find any mention of this problem, but now I know I'm not the only one. I guess I'll watch this space!

Strange... I found this in the forum because I was searching the error message code to find out why my Adobe App Manager will not launch. All of us on the same day? Maybe Adobe has a problem?
