can I move Acrobat Standard from PC to Mac?

I've been sitting here for an hour. Every five min or so I get this:

"We are still assisting other customers, thank you for your patience. You can also try our community forums, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Nobody ever shows up. I don't even have a wait time. What does it take to get a response around here?

I have an Adobe Standard license for my PC. I just purchased a Mac (PC died). I need to move my software over. There is no Mac version for me to download. I need to know what my options are. Can somebody help me already?! This is the second time I've sat here looking at this canned message today.

I am sorry , Acrobat Standard is not available for Mac platform,  it is only for Windows computers.

Only Acrobat Pro version is available for Mac computers.

Cloud License allows 2 activations http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html

-Install on a 2nd computer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1452292?tstart=0

-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each

-Both activations MAY NOT be in use at the same time (note in the above license link)

I am not using a CC copy. And even so, when I go there, there is no link to download a version for Mac. Every download page I can find says "unavailable" for Mac. All that's available is Adobe Pro.
